Materials in the Signs lane. Every sign material in the Signs lane, what it is, how long it is meant to last, and where it belongs.
Corrugated plastic (coroplast)
Fluted plastic sheet, light and weatherproof, the standard for yard signs. Meant for weeks to a season outdoors. Takes an H-stake through the flutes. Economy, large and graduation yard signs are all on this board.
PVC
Solid, smooth plastic panel. Rigid, indoor or sheltered outdoor, takes screws and standoffs well. Good for lobby signs, menu boards and directional signs that need to stay flat.
Polystyrene
A lighter rigid plastic, smooth-surfaced, for indoor signs, point-of-sale and short-term displays where coroplast looks too rough.
3 mm aluminum composite panel (ACM)
Two thin aluminum skins bonded to a plastic core. Flat, rigid, rust-free and made for years outdoors: building signs, parking signs, real estate post panels. Drill it, screw it, or mount on standoffs.
Display board, 24pt and 40pt gloss C2S
Heavy coated paperboard for indoor easels, counter cards and event signage. 24pt is stiff card; 40pt is closer to a board. Coated both sides for a clean print.
Canvas roll, 15 mil
Printable canvas for wall art and photo reproductions, sold by the roll size.
Table covers, 170 GSM polyester
Full-color printed cloth throws for 6 ft and 8 ft tables at events and trade shows. Washable.
X-frame banners, 13 oz matte vinyl
A vinyl banner sized for a lightweight X-shaped frame, the quickest indoor stand-up sign.
Hardware and displays
Yard sign H-stakes, Signicade A-frames, fold-a-signs, snap frames and inserts, security sign posts, bollard covers, plus event pieces like giant checks, selfie frames and standees, all in the same lane.
