These terms apply to orders placed with ProlifiTech Incorporated, doing business as The Print Doctor (Lincoln, Nebraska), through shop.print.doctor, by text, by email or in person. By ordering you agree to them.
Orders and artwork
- You are responsible for the content of what you send us to print, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
- We check every file before it prints and tell you if something will not print well. When a proof is sent, printing starts after you approve it.
- Colors on screen and in print differ. Slight variation in color, trim and finish is normal in commercial printing.
- Custom-printed items cannot be returned. If we made a mistake, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the item.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown after a free sign-in and are the prices at the time of checkout. Our price promise explains price matching.
- Orders are paid in full at checkout unless we agreed on terms in writing.
SMS terms
Text the Doctor is a conversational text service from ProlifiTech Incorporated, doing business as The Print Doctor. When you text (402) 783-8147, or ask for order updates by text while signed in on shop.print.doctor and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.
- What we send: replies to your questions, help placing an order and, if you asked for them, order updates: a proof to approve, file checked, printed, ready for pickup, shipped with tracking and a photo of the finished job.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your conversation and your orders.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time to end texts from us. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more.
- Help: reply HELP, email sales@print.doctor or call (402) 783-8147.
- Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.
